After a period of using pastel, I used acrylic in this collection of which was a new experience for me.
Acrylic took my attention since it has all the capabilities of oil color, Tempera and watercolor in itself. On the other hand, I think the capability of acrylic that dries quickly, suits our today lives.
I also have done some work on pasteboard and on canvas, using covering colors method.
Generally, I use line and color as complementary elements in my paintings to influence the expression of work, and in parallel to this, I look at the visual balance as an important characteristic of any visual piece.
In my point of view, art is an obsession with life and since we are human beings, we have obsession toward ourselves.
Therefore, the human figure and its inner side has been always my concern, especially for women because of common experience and feelings when encountering life.
